Recently, I have shared with few human beings some meditation time in silence…
Silence is a great value! Patience is a great virtue! Gratefulness is a great benefit!
At the end of the day, I was considering:
The Peace must be somewhere, yet by practising conscious and mindful breathing in and out, one can naturally be granted with valuable knowledge which the most important is ‘we are ignorant’! It is indeed very important to know that so that one may humble oneself… This is a Truth.
On the other hand, by doing so, unconsciously or consciously, and thanks to good teaching (I mean reading) and one’s experiences, one will actually plant a seed: the Seed of Peacefulness…
(of course, although this seed is strong, it may not grow because the surface of its soil is most probably spoiled by all the prejudice and fear and conditioning almost imposed by the society where we come from)
Please let’s strive to free ourselves from what we have known before, and in the light of wisdom let this seed grow slowly to become a perfect tree…
Like all the trees…
Cause if we see the things as they really are, they are all PERFECT!
Seriously, look at the trees (before they are all gone)…
